Coins are FapChatGirl’s in-app currency, used once your free matches run out. This page covers the money side only: where the balance and Top up button are, where the VIP perks are listed, how to buy safely and what to check when coins do not show up.

What are coins for, exactly?
Coins are the in-app currency on FapChatGirl. Their main job is to keep random matches coming after your free ones have been used up. You buy them inside the app, the price is on screen before you confirm, and your balance updates once the payment goes through.
They only exist on this site. Coins have no cash value anywhere else and cannot be turned back into money or moved to someone else, so buy an amount that matches how often you actually chat rather than the biggest bundle on the list.
Where do you top up?
On a computer, open the match screen and look at the left sidebar: your coin balance sits near the bottom with a Top up link beside it. There is also a small coin counter at the top right, next to the VIP button. Either one opens the store where you pick an amount.
On a phone there is no sidebar. The VIP button and the coin counter sit together at the top right of the match screen, and tapping the coin counter is the quickest way to top up.
Where can you read what VIP includes?
In the Upgrade VIP card. On a computer it sits in the left sidebar under your coin balance and lists the current perks, things like a monthly coin allowance and a VIP badge, with a Subscribe now button underneath. Read the list there rather than relying on anyone else’s summary, because perks can change.
VIP is optional. If you only match on the odd evening, coins on their own are usually the simpler choice.
Coins did not arrive? Check these first
Most missing top-ups turn out to be one of a handful of small things. Work through them in order before you write in.
Reload the page
The balance sometimes needs a fresh load to catch up with a payment that has just gone through.
Same browser, same device
A guest session lives in the browser you started it in. Coins bought there show up there.
Check the receipt
Look for the confirmation from your payment method. No receipt usually means the payment never completed.
Then write to support
Send the time, the amount and the payment reference from the receipt to the address on the contact page.
Where is it safe to buy coins?
Only inside the app, through the Top up link or the coin counter. Real top-ups happen there and never through a link sent in a chat. No girl needs coins, gift cards or money sent to her outside the site, and anyone asking for that is running a scam.
If someone pushes you towards a payment link, end the chat, then block and report her from her profile. The safety page lists the other usual warning signs.
Free matches first
FapChatGirl is free to start: new visitors get some free matches, and the Reward Center at the top of the match screen offers more several times a day. The full order of that, step by step, is on how it works; this page only picks up once the free part is done.
- Come back later in the day. The Reward Center offers free matches more than once.
- Follow the good ones. A girl you follow is reachable from her profile, without spending a random match to find her again.
- Do not skip on reflex. Ten seconds of patience saves a match more often than you would think. When to press Next has the signals.

Do coins have a cash value?
No. Coins can only be used on FapChatGirl and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.

On a computer, in the Upgrade VIP card in the match screen sidebar. On a phone, tap the VIP button at the top right.
What should I send support about a missing top-up?
The time of the purchase, the amount, the payment reference from your receipt and the device you used.
