FapChatGirl support works by email. Here is the address, what to include so it gets sorted faster, and a few fixes worth trying first if your camera, microphone or matches are playing up.

How do you get hold of support?
By email, at [email protected]. Write from the address you want the answer sent to, describe what happened in a few lines, and add a screenshot if you have one. Payment questions, bugs, account trouble and anything a report button cannot handle all go to the same inbox.
What your email should include
The more of this you include, the fewer back-and-forth emails it takes.
- What you were doing when it went wrong: matching, messaging, buying coins.
- Your device and browser, say “Android phone, Chrome” or “MacBook, Safari”.
- Roughly when it happened, with your time zone.
- For payments: the amount, the time and the payment reference from your receipt.
Is your camera or microphone not working?
Usually the culprit is a browser permission. When the match screen asks for the camera and microphone, the answer has to be Allow. If you tapped Block by accident, open the site settings in your browser (the padlock next to the address) and switch both back on, then reload.
Close other apps
Only one app can use the camera at a time. Quit any other video app that might be holding it.
Reload the page
A fresh load asks for permission again and clears most stuck states.
Try another browser
If Safari fails, try Chrome, or the other way round. Then write to us with both results.
Are matches not starting or the page stuck loading?
Check your connection first; a weak signal is the usual reason a match hangs. Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi or the reverse, close tabs you are not using, and reload. If it still will not move, note the time and send it to support with your device details.
If the match screen loads but nothing connects, it can simply be a quiet moment. Give it a few seconds, or switch to Audio or Text and back. The order of things on that screen is explained on how it works.
Should you report a user here or in the app?
In the app first. Open her profile and use report, which sends the details straight to the FapChatGirl team with the right context attached. Then block the profile if you do not want further contact. Email support as well only if something needs more explanation than the report form allows.

Ideas, data requests and the rest
Ideas, complaints about a feature, a question about your data: all welcome at the same address. Feature ideas are most useful with one real example, what you were trying to do and what got in the way, rather than a wish list.

Yes. Replies go to the address you wrote from. Simple questions are usually quick; payment questions can take longer to check.
My coins did not arrive. What do I send?
The time of the purchase, the amount, the payment reference from your receipt and the device you used. That is usually enough to trace it.
How do I get my data removed?
Yes. Email support from the address linked to your request and say what you would like removed. The privacy policy explains what is kept and why.
Where do I report a user?
On her profile, using report. Email support only if you need to add something the report could not cover.
