Privacy Policy

FapChatGirl pairs people for one-to-one chats on camera, by voice or by text. To make that work we have to handle some information about the people using it. This policy sets out what that information is, why we need it, who else is involved, and what you can ask us to do with it. Write to [email protected] with any question about it.

01 Who this covers

This policy applies to every visitor to fapchatgirl.com, whether you arrive as a guest or go on to fill in more of your profile, and whether you use a browser tab or an icon on your home screen. It applies from the first page load, because a guest session is set up automatically so that the Start button works.

Where this policy says “FapChatGirl”, “we”, “our” or “us”, it means the operator of fapchatgirl.com.

02 Information you give us

The guest identity created for you, and anything you add to your profile later, such as a display name, a photo or a short bio.
Your messages, plus your follow list and block list.
Reports you file about other users, and emails you send to support along with any attachments.
Purchase records for coins or VIP: what was bought, when, the amount, and the reference the payment provider gives us. Card numbers and bank details stay with the payment provider; we do not receive or store them.

03 What the site records while you use it

Technical details from your browser and device: type, operating system, language setting, screen size and a rough location worked out from your IP address.
Usage events, such as when a match starts and ends, which mode was used (Video, Audio or Text), and how the Reward Center and coin balance change.
Small files stored in your browser, such as cookies and local storage, which keep your session signed in and remember choices like the last mode you used.
Error and performance logs that help us find out why something broke.

04 Camera, microphone and live content

Video and Audio matches use your camera and microphone only after your browser asks and you agree. The picture and sound travel to the person you are matched with so the two of you can talk. You can withdraw that permission at any time in your browser settings; Text matches do not need either.

Remember that the other person in a chat controls their own device. Whatever you show or say during a match is seen or heard by them, so share with that in mind.

05 Why we use it

To run matching, the online list, follows, messages, calls from a profile, the short video feed and the Live tab.
To translate typed messages automatically when the two people in a chat use different languages.
To keep track of free matches, Reward Center claims, coin balances and VIP status, and to process purchases.
To look into reports, deal with misuse and protect the people who use FapChatGirl.
To fix bugs, measure how the site performs and decide what to improve.
To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

06 Who else is involved

Personal information is never sold. Some service providers handle it on our behalf: hosting and content delivery, payment processing, translation of typed messages, error tracking and analytics. They may use it only to provide that service to us.

We may also share information when the law requires it, when it is needed to protect someone’s safety, or as part of a business transfer, in which case this policy would continue to apply to it.

07 How long information stays

We keep information only for as long as one of the purposes above needs it. Session and usage records are generally kept for less time than purchase records, which accounting and tax rules can require us to hold for longer. Material connected with a report may be kept while the report is handled and for some time afterwards, so repeated abuse can be recognised.

08 Your choices and requests

You can turn off camera or microphone access in your browser at any time and use Text matches instead.
You can change or remove profile details yourself where the app allows it.
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. Before acting, we may ask you to prove the request is really yours.
Clearing your browser storage ends a guest session on that device.

09 Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against loss and misuse. No system connected to the internet is risk free, so we cannot promise that information will never be exposed, and you should keep sensitive details out of chats.

10 Age and international use

Nobody under 18 may use FapChatGirl. We do not knowingly handle information about anyone younger; if you believe someone under 18 is using the service, tell us at [email protected] and we will act on it.

People use FapChatGirl from many countries, so information may be processed in countries other than yours. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards for the transfer.

11 Updates to this policy

If the way we handle information changes, we update this page and the date at the top. For important changes we will try to point them out inside the service as well. Using FapChatGirl after an update means the new version applies.
