02 Information, in short

• A guest session is created when you first load the site, so you can match without signing up.
• We handle what you add to your profile, your messages, follows and blocks, reports, support emails and purchase records.
• We also log technical and usage information, such as device type, browser and when matches start and end.
• Your card details go to the payment provider and never reach us.
• Nobody buys your data from us; we do not sell it. Service providers help with hosting, payments, translation and analytics.
• You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion by email.

03 Camera and microphone

Your camera and microphone are only used for Video and Audio matches, and only after your browser asks and you allow it. Text matches use neither. You can switch them off in your browser at any time and stick to Text. The person you are matched with sees and hears what you share, so keep private details out of frame.

04 The rules, in short

• Anyone under 18 is not allowed on FapChatGirl, full stop.
• Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats or pressure.
• Nothing involving minors, ever.
• Do not record or share anyone without their permission.
• No scams, money requests, spam, links or pushing people off the site.
• No impersonating other people.

05 What is free and what costs coins

FapChatGirl is free to start. Newcomers start with free matches, and the Reward Center on the match screen offers more after time online, several times a day. After that, matches use coins, which have no cash value outside the service. VIP is an optional membership whose benefits and price are shown before you buy.

06 When something goes wrong

• Tap Next to leave any chat straight away. You do not need a reason, and the other person is not told why.
• Block a user from their profile to stop them following or messaging you.
• Report a user from their profile; reports go to the FapChatGirl team.
• For payments or anything else, email [email protected] with the details.
• Breaking the rules can lead to content removal, limits, suspension or a closed account.

07 Messages, follows and translation

Messages you send stay in your conversations so you can pick a chat up later. Following someone is how you find them again after a random match, and blocking stops that person from following or messaging you. When the two people in a typed chat use different languages, messages can be passed through a translation provider so each side reads them in their own language.

08 Cookies and browser storage

FapChatGirl keeps a few small files in your browser. They hold your guest session, remember settings such as the mode you last used, and help us count visits and spot errors. Clearing site data in your browser removes them and ends your guest session on that device; the site will create a fresh one next time you open it.

09 Reports and what happens next

A report sends the profile and the reason you chose to the FapChatGirl team. Depending on what we find, we may remove content, restrict features or close access, and serious matters can be passed to the authorities.

Reporting is not the only tool. For a chat you simply did not enjoy, Next is enough. Block is for anyone you never want to hear from again. Report is for behaviour that breaks the rules.

10 Purchases in practice

Coins and VIP are bought inside the app, and the price appears before you confirm. The payment provider handles your card or wallet; we only receive a record that the payment happened, with its amount and reference. If something looks wrong on a statement, email the support address with the time, the amount and the reference from your receipt, and we will look into it with the provider.

Free matches from the arrival bonus and the Reward Center are a goodwill feature, not a balance you own. Their amounts and timing can change, and they cannot be exchanged for coins or money.

11 Keeping this page current

When a policy changes, its date changes and this summary is brought into line. If this summary and a full document ever say different things, the full document wins. Older versions are not kept on the site, so if you need to know what an earlier version said about a specific point, ask the support address and we will tell you what applied at the time.
