01 Agreeing to these terms

Opening FapChatGirl, even as a guest, means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

02 Who may use FapChatGirl

• You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to enter into this agreement where you live.
• You must not be barred from using services like this under the laws that apply to you.
• You may use only one guest session or account at a time, and you must not take over someone else’s.
• If we have closed your access before, you must not come back under another identity.

03 What the service is

FapChatGirl offers one-to-one random matching by Video, Audio or Text, a list of girls who are online, follows, messages, calls started from a profile, automatic translation of typed messages, a short video feed and a Live tab for watching streams. Users cannot broadcast streams themselves.

Features can change. We may add, adjust or remove parts of the service, and we do not promise that any particular person will be online or that a match will be available at a given moment.

04 How to behave

Every chat has another real person in it. These rules apply in every mode, in messages and on profiles:

• Do not harass, threaten, bully or use hate speech against anyone.
• No content involving anyone under 18, ever. We report it to the authorities.
• No showing or sharing anything that the other person has not agreed to see.
• No recording, screenshotting or sharing another person’s image or words without their permission.
• No scams, requests for money, phishing links, or pushing people to move to other apps or sites.
• No advertising, spam or automated accounts.
• No pretending to be someone else, including FapChatGirl staff.
• No attempts to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

05 Your content

You keep ownership of what you post, such as profile photos and messages. You give FapChatGirl permission to store, display and transmit it as needed to run the service, including translating typed messages. You are responsible for having the right to share what you share.

06 Paying for coins and VIP

• Every new visitor starts with a few free matches. The Reward Center on the match screen can offer more after time spent online, several times a day. We set how many and how often, and that can change.
• Once those free matches are gone, each further match costs coins. You see the price before any payment goes through.
• Coins are only spendable on FapChatGirl; they carry no cash value and cannot be sold, swapped or transferred.
• VIP is an optional membership. Its benefits and price are shown before you choose a plan.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. If a charge looks wrong, write to [email protected] with the time, the amount and the payment reference.

07 Reports and enforcement

You can report any user from their profile. When rules are broken, or when we reasonably believe they have been, we may remove content, limit features, suspend access or close an account. Serious cases may be passed to the authorities. We try to act fairly and in proportion, but we are not obliged to explain every decision.

08 Service “as is”

We provide FapChatGirl on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do our best to keep it running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not responsible for what other users say or do. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

09 Ending your use

You can stop using FapChatGirl at any time and ask us to delete your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Unused coins are not refunded when you leave, except where the law requires it.

10 Other users and outside links

Conversations on FapChatGirl are between users. We do not check what people say about themselves, and nothing another user tells you is a statement by us. If someone sends you to another site or app, that place has its own rules and FapChatGirl has no control over it; following such links is at your own risk.

Anything you agree with another user, including any arrangement outside the service, is between the two of you. We strongly advise against sending money, personal documents or account details to anyone you met in a chat.

11 Disputes and governing rules

If you have a problem with the service, please write to us first; most issues are faster to fix by email than by any formal process. Where a dispute cannot be settled that way, it is handled under the law that applies to the operator of fapchatgirl.com, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be taken away by an agreement like this one.

12 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
